Happy 1st Anniversary, My Love

Look back today. Look back at what got you here as a couple and as an individual. Be grateful for every challenge that made you grow. Be grateful for the love that carries you. Spend time together looking back at the last year together. 

The first anniversary is such a special day. Make time to be present with eachother today.

Let the light in with an intention. 

First, look into eachothers eyes for 5 seconds while holding hands. Then, close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths together and open your eyes to the flame. And, begin.
